Common questions

Where are my memories stored?

On your phone, inside the app. If "Also save to Photos" is on in Settings, photos and videos are copied to your phone's Photos too.

Can I back up my memories?

Photos and videos saved to Photos follow your iCloud Photos or Google Photos backup. Voice notes and written notes are included in your phone's own device backup.

I deleted the app. Can I get my memories back?

Deleting the app removes what's stored inside it. Copies in your Photos stay.

How do I turn off the daily reminder?

Tap their age at the top of the camera screen to open Settings, then switch off "Daily question" in Settings.
